President and Owner Juan is responsible for directing all company operations. He founded All Bright Electric in 2002 bringing with him more than 20 years of residential, industrial, marine, and commercial experience. He previously served in high-level positions at such notable firms such as HB Zachry, Davis International, and EIU. Our primary vision is to be the customers' choice to supply leading-edge technology to satisfy the world's growing demand for energy. With an unsurpassed reputation for service, All Bright Electric recognizes the specialized requirements of our customers and has structured the company to respond to those needs.   ALL BRIGHT ELECTRIC BEGINNINGS   In 2002, while employed with HB Zachry in Rosenburg, Texas, as an electrical supervisor, Juan Cantu brought to life the idea of starting his own business.  Juan made a life changing decision to come home due to his responsibility as a loving father and provider, which would enable him to be closer to his loved ones at all times.   The company started as a one man owner and helper.  However, job flow made it harder for Juan to keep up with the demand making it a priority to hire more employees.  At that time, the business then grew to six employees, making $128,000 in its first year of business. Since its first year, revenues have doubled every year thereafter.  Today, the company employs over 30 men and women, and has substantially increased its earning power to over 2 million in annual revenues.
